Welcome to Haqq Events. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending any event hosted, organized, or managed by Haqq Events (hereafter referred to as “the Event Organizer”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration or attending an event.

1. Assumption of Risk
   By attending a Haqq Events function, you acknowledge that certain activities (including, but not limited to, sports, swimming, outdoor recreation, and social gatherings) carry inherent risks of personal injury, illness, or property damage.

You voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with your participation in and attendance at the event.

2. Limitation of Liability & Release
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haqq Events, its organizers, volunteers, staff, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held responsible or legally liable for:

Any personal injury, illness, medical emergencies, or death sustained by any attendee before, during, or after the event.

Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including vehicles parked at the venue or items left unattended.

By registering for or attending the event, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Event Organizer from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of negligence or otherwise.

3. Attendee Conduct and Safety
   Adherence to Rules: All attendees must follow the safety rules of the specific venue (e.g., pool safety regulations, park rules) as well as any instructions given by event staff or lifeguards.

Prohibited Conduct: Dangerous, disruptive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal from the event premises without a refund.

Supervision of Minors: Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of their minor children at all times during the event.

4. Medical Emergencies
   In the event of an injury or medical emergency, event staff may (but are not obligated to) contact emergency medical services. Any and all expenses incurred for medical treatment, ambulance transportation, or emergency care are the sole financial responsibility of the attendee.
5. Media and Photography Disclaimer
   By attending a Haqq Events function, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you grant the Event Organizer the right to use your likeness in promotional materials, social media, or websites without financial compensation.
6. Event Cancellations and Refunds
   The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the format of an event due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the registration page, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
